Blending ‘Big Apple’ spirit with SoCal soul, Dante Beverly Hills is the first West Coast outpost for this beloved New York icon. Situated on the ninth floor of the hotel, overlooking the sublime pool – and Hollywood horizon beyond – it’s the perfect spot to unwind over Dante’s classic aperitivos. 

From leisurely lunches to sundowners, signature spritzes are paired with Mediterranean-inspired dishes, beautifully prepared in the wood-fired oven. Settle into the shifting, pastel-hued interior for freshly shucked oysters, followed by crispy king salmon and a velvety panna cotta. Or soak up panoramic vistas over pizza bianca on the alfresco terrace, dotted with white marble and verdant foliage.
