Seasonal menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner have a Mediterranean feel, offering an abundance of choice as they celebrate the very finest produce from California’s sea and shores, valleys and vines. Each day, meats and fish are assiduously well-sourced and fruit and vegetables are always farmers’ market fresh.
